I’m Michael Barich, also known as the Tennessee Titan! Why would they call me that? Perhaps because I am responsible for turning around one of the most poorly-running Nissan dealerships in Tennessee.
I inherited a 40 year-old, broken, underperforming Nissan store that finished bottom 10% in the country for customer pay, parts and labor sales in 2019.
In 2021, I led Murfreesboro Nissan to the #1 dealer in the country for customer pay and labor sales, and #2 dealer in the country for tire sales.
I collaborate with automotive dealerships in architecting the most functional service department. I’m hyper-competitive, have a solid work ethic, and drive teamwork. By dialing into your fixed ops department, I strategically align your team initiatives with those of the parts & service departments so we can build sustainable business growth.
As an automotive professional with a career spanning 3 decades, I deeply understand every aspect of the fixed ops department.
I learned fixed operations from the ground up. With over 5 dealership experiences and 10’s of millions of dollars generated in my career, my role consists of getting the most out of your people and developing a growth oriented mindset.
My goal is not just to increase revenue, but truly work with and develop your service team and train them on how to work more effectively, increase their own confidence, and make a better fixed ops department as a team. Let’s connect.
